Clos Cibonne has been making a rosé since 1797 in a unique and somewhat unusual style - aged under flor, similar to Sherry. This is weightier and more serious than most rosés, approaching a red wine in style while maintaining the freshness and vibrancy of a rosé. Deep red fruit aromas of red currants, strawberries, and red cherries, together with rose petals, potpourri, and a lightly tannic texture followed by a lasting finish. A true benchmark for rosé wines.
