Clos Cibonne Tibouren Rose Cotes de Provence 2014

30+ year old vine Tibouren, a grape native to Provence. 10% Grenache. Aged on its lees for one year, so this 2014 is current vintage. Unlike "the usual" fresh, thirst-quenching Roses we sell. This is a food wine! Citrus pith, peppercorns, dried herbs, dried rose petals. Tickle of tannins on the gums. Had with Pork Ramen at Miminashi recently. Fantastic.
