Cliff Lede Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2019
The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc are mainly sourced from Rutherford, which is home to old clones of musqué, with an addition of 12% Semillon and 3% Sauvignon Vert. Fermentation was 67% French oak, 29% stainless steel and 4% concrete eggs. After fermentation the wine was aged on its lees with daily or weekly bâtonnage. Flavors of kaffir lime, lychee, a limestone-like minerality and a richness from the oak to balance the intense acidity.
