A Bordeaux style blend with a hefty base of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon and smaller amounts of 7% Petit Verdot, 6% Merlot, 5% Malbec, and 1 % Cabernet Franc. The 2019 is a little bolder than previous vintages with light meaty notes, stewed plums, and blackberries. Cedar box, pencil shavings, and dusty herbs hint at a French style with a silky palate, yet drying tannins and a firm core.
