Venerable estate Cleto Chiarli has made delicious, small-lot Lambrusco is Emilia-Romagna for 150 years. Five days skin contact (very cold must), followed by three months ageing, then bottled for second fermentation (unusual for Lambruso). BRW staff LOVE this wine. Get wild red plums, cranberry/raspberry, pink rose petals, violets, and blood orange. Has vibrant acidity and a crisp, clean finish. Drink and enjoy with charcuterie.
