Chokaisan Junmai Daiginjo

Really high quality sake that’s all about the purity of the brewing process, with 50% milling and no alcohol added. Uniquely, a floral yeast strain is used which influences the flavor: jasmine, acacia, honeyuckle, Asian pear, banana, light spice, strawberry, and blueberry on the nose, with a creamy, smooth, elegant palate. A complex sake that changes according to how it’s served: soft and smooth in a small glass; more expressive in a larger glass.
