Christoph Hoch Hollenburger Gruner Veltliner Kremstal NV

Christoph Hoch is a young, dynamic, and unique winemaker. This Grüner is non-vintage, as he feels that’s the best way to reflect terroir. To add an even more expressive intensity, the wine is a blend of 32 different barrels. Farmed organically and biodynamically, this is a wonderfully complex wine, rich and perfumed, fruity, slightly oxidative and smoky on the nose, followed by a very dry palate that’s mineral and chalky, with the peppery, tingly finish characteristic of Grüner.
