Each vine is painstakingly attended to in-order to make sure it gets special treatment, rather than the “one size fits all” version of viticulture most vignerons use. This allows the Merlot grapes to fully express themselves in a natural way. Fresh plums, chocolate, savory, baking spice, roses and cherry. When a sulphur free wine is done correctly, it transcends to a silky nectar which has been delicatly transferred into a bottle for everyone’s enjoyment.  This is that wine.
