Chateau Montmirail "Cuvee de Deux Freres" Vacqueyras 2019

The little brother of Gigondas shows less power and more finesse with much of the same meaty qualities.  Full bodied with aromas of sloe berries, cloves, scorched earth, and dark berries.  The GSM (70/20/10) characteristics prove that the grapes are meant for each other providing a dense structure with garrigue, cappuccino, cedar box from terroir (no new oak), and plums with a stern finish that still gives permission to be consumed early.
