Chateau Lavernette Cremant de Bourgogne NV

This comes from the Vigne de la Roche vineyard, where Lavernette has 2.8 hectares of Chardonnay divided into seven parcels planted between 1984 and 2002. Aged between 18 and 24 months, the Chardonnay is bottled with zero dosage.  The aromas are clearly blanc de blancs, tropical fruits, baked apples, pears, and lemon.  A creamy texture is followed by a tart biscuity finish.
