Chateau Latour "Le Pauillac de Latour" Bordeaux 2015

The third label from Latour is what lesser chateau dream about. The fact that the grapes for this wine did not make the cut twice, somehow astonishes us. Heck, we would be proud to call this our number one wine! Flavors of stewed plums, blackberry ganache, forest floor, dark chocolate and a mineral finish of river-rocks, saddle leather and sweet cigar. The finish is soft, but somehow manages to linger for minutes upon minutes.
