30% Mourvèdre, 30% Cinsault, 20% Syrah and Grenache. From a biodynamic producer whose cellars were built by Benedictine monks. A Provençal-style rosé from the Languedoc, dry, mineral, lean, and fresh, with redcurrants, cranberries, and strawberries, and a herbal, garrigue texture. Full MLF and six months lees ageing give the wine a creamy texture and body on top of the wine’s refreshing acidity.
