Chateau la Rame Bordeaux Blanc 2019

Calling all acid-heads!  95% Sauvignon Blanc and rounded out by 5% Semillon.  You weren’t keeping the enamel on your teeth for anything were you? More than just a big acid bomb, this wine has a great personality too.  Crisp grapefruit, orange honey, fruit blossoms, white nectarine, and a salty minerality from the limestone soils. The mid-palate is soft from 3 months of lees stirring, providing the base for the tart, dry finish. Buttered scallops?
