Chateau Filhot Sauternes 375 ml 2015

The Château FILHOT was fonded in 1709 by Romain de FILHOT and is now owned and managed by one of his descendants: count Henri de Vaucelles. Not quite as viscous and a little on the lighter side, making this a style that can be drunk young.  A blend of 60% Semillon 36% Sauvignon Blanc and 4% Muscadelle.  Golden yellow in color, with orange citrus, honey, and stone fruits with a tropical twist. Bright acidity makes this a wine to pair with spicy foods, the traditional Roquefort or Foie Gras.
