La Chapelle du Seuil Aix en Provence Rosé 2022

The vineyards are the highest in Aix-en-Provence, sitting on an ancient fault line with terroir that is incredibly complex: clay, chalk, and rocks, with layers of iron-laden calcaire, and big galet. A buttoned up rose with fresh fruit, roses, watermelon, strawberry, and red cherry.  Soft and creamy with medium acidity making this an ideal aperitif.  The style of rose that has made Provence the worlds benchmark for light and fresh rosé.
