Chassagne-Montrachet its neighbor to the north, Santenay makes powerful, intense, complex White Burgundy. Especially "La Comme" which is next to Chassagne and makes both red and white Burg.This starts cooped up, opening quickly (15 minutes) to reveal lemon/apple butter, quince paste, crushed rocks, lemongrass, citrus blossoms...lots of stuffing and acidity play off each other.
