Especially "La Comme" which is next to Chassagne and makes both red and white Burg.This starts cooped up, opening quickly (15 minutes) to reveal lemon/apple butter, quince paste, crushed rocks, lemongrass, citrus blossoms...lots of stuffing and acidity play off each other.
