16th Century estate produces this (almost) 100% Merlot from biodynamic grapes. Aged in large, old oak foudres. Classic Bordeaux nose of dark plum, tobacco and graphite. More of the same on the palate, with apple skin, cherry compote, baking spices and freshly-turned soil. Good now, even better in 5 years.
