65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay. Longstanding winemaker Francis Tribaut loved working at Lallier so much that he bought the company when the owners passed away. That has meant a continued consistency from this excellent producer. Tangy, acidic, and fresh on the palate, with an appealingly fruity nose of apples and lemons on top of an added complexity coming from yeasty, toast aromas and a creamy mouthfeel.
