It’s quite unusual to see a champagne made solely from Pinot Noir, and this is a very attractive example. Aged for two years on its lees before release and with a dosage of 6g/L, it has a fruity nose of red apples and strawberries together with yeasty aromas of roasted almonds, yogurt, and brioche, capped off with high, refreshing acidity that’s perfectly balanced by a full body. Tasty.
