Cellers Grifoll Declara “Predicat” Priorat 2019

“PREDICAT”

This might not be a style that is expected from Priorat, but the wine is superbly made, and it outperforms its modest price tag. A blend of 45% Grenache, 45% Carignan and 10% Merlot the wine is a less powerful version of the regional style with aromas of cracked pepper, wet slate, dried flowers and orange zest. Medium bodied with an elegant palate and a finish of bitter purple plums.
