100% Arinto from just east of the Atlantic Ocean in Bairrada, Portugal. This 20 year old is a current release. Skin fermented and aged 24 months in concrete. Exotic notes of dried fruits, nuts and mushrooms with the characteristic acidity that Arinto is known and prized for. Drink this as you would a dry fino Sherry. Cheese, fish, shellfish and myriads veggies are all ideal matches.
