Casa Paolin have become one of our favorite Prosecco producers, their wines having a consistent quality and appeal not always found in the region. This is fruity, aromatic, and floral, with peaches, pears, white flowers, and spices going into a palate that’s fun, easy, and fresh, with a drying finish. A small amount of residual sugar gives body and creamy richness. This goes down very easily and smoothly.
