Casa de Mouraz “Nina” Tinto Dao Portugal 2020

A field blend of twenty different grape varieties, 50% red and 50% white, grown in the Dão. The wine pours a dark rosé, light red color with delicate red fruits, sweet cranberries, rose water and orange citrus. A beautifully textured combination of a rich white wine and carbonic styled red wine. The winery uses extremely traditional techniques, including foot treading in lagar and dried chestnut blossom flowers for stability, with a very modern resulting wine.
