Casa de Mouraz Encruzado Dao 2021

A grape that certainly needs more attention and notoriety that it currently gets, it has traditionally been considered a grape of nobility. Aromas of baked apples, pears, papaya, pineapple and golden grapefruit are equally balanced by chamomile and yellow flowers.  Great weight and acidity are trademarks of this wine and the grape in general. Fermentation in tank and rested on fine lees, with some battonage, for 6 months adds additional layers.
