Caruso & Minini Nero d Avolo Sicily 2020

Located not far from the town of Marsala in Sicily comes a wine of both tradition and modernity.  One third of the wine spends 4 months in barriques giving the wine extra structure while the stainless steel aging keeps the wine fresh and juicy.  The Sicilian sunshine is apparent here with bright blueberry, blackberry, herbs, and lighter fruits such as strawberry and cherry. Well rounded structure makes the wine serious, but easy.
