“PART DAVANT”

Camin Larredya is a rising rockstar producer from the Jurançon, drawing brighter lights to region, maybe the brightest since Dageuneau. The “Part Davant” is made up of 50% Gros Manseng, 35% Petit Manseng, and 15% Courbu, the grapes are fermented for 60 days then aged in foudre and amphora. Creamy and lush with aromas of pears, apples, jasmine flowers and green melons. A Sauternes quality impresses, though it only has 2g/l RS, it is very clean with lemongrass and Meyer lemon.
