You must be able to overlook the numbers on the label and focus on the letters. Barbaresco from the sunniest exposures of the different crus are combined for a short maceration, after which it is matured for two years. The wine manages to show accessibility with heavy herbs, cranberries, red cherries, strawberries and a soft and creamy mid palate. Maybe it is modern techniques, maybe it is global warming, but the Nebbiolo from Piedmont have never tasted better in their youth.
