Burn Cottage "Cashburn" Central Otago Pinot Noir 2016

Ted Lemon of Littorai is the consulting winemaker at one of the most exciting new projects in New Zealand’s Central Otago, making sensational Pinot. Aged in 35% new French oak for 12 months, there’s a very pretty, inviting nose with cranberry, strawberry, and raspberry, some tarragon and dried roses, and sweet spice. Great, round structure on the palate, with a bit of jam and high acidity. Very more-ish.
