The 2021 Brown Estate Chaos Theory has shifted from a base of Bordeaux grapes from Napa to mostly Zinfandel and Primitivo from Napa. Made in a “drink now style”, there are dense and chewy berry flavors, with a dark color and an outgoing nose. Soft and silky in texture, the fruit is the main attraction with boysenberries, flowers, baking spices. Firm and bold with soft tannins and layers of complexity.
