Brovia Roero Arneis 2016

Arneis is a native grape to Roero, Piedmont, northwest Italy. One of the great Italian white varieties. Steel tank ferment and briefly aged, keeping it fresh and fun and tasty. Smell and taste fresh pears, bruised apple, cantaloupe and a pleasantly bitter note on the finish. Tangy zip of acid, fruit-forward, bone dry. Pair with fresh cheeses and chicken or fish, simply prepared.
