Brooks Wine Riesling Willamette Valley 2021

The Brooks Winery in Oregon has a focus on Pinot Noir and Riesling with the vision being 20/20 on the latter grape variety. A blend of multiple vineyards throughout Willamette Valley this has screaming acid and tart green apples.  Less of the petrol qualities, but the wine is vivacious and bounces around the mouth with lemon/lime, beeswax, honeysuckle, underripe avocado and stony minerals. Clean fresh and enjoyable with a 2.93PH and 7.8g/L of acidity.
