Along with the talented team of vineyard managers and master Cooper (One of 40 in the world), the Brion winemaking team is an embarrassment of riches.  Mark Herold, Massimo Monticelli and Julien Fayard source the grapes from the legendary Caldwell Vineyard to create a wine that is hitting full stride right out of the gates but should keep pace for the next 10 years.  Both richly fruited and softly tannic, the wine gushes plushness and complexity with violets, blueberries, lavendar and cocoa.
