Very much Burgundy style in its red fruits, earthy/spicy character and healthy acidity. Farmed biodynamic, picked perfectly ripe, aged in neutral French oak. Smell and taste griotte (French for wild red cherry), boysenberrry, cola, black tea, exotic spices, sarsparilla, freshly-turned soil.
