Bravante Vineyards, located on Howell Mountain, is small production, family owned, and estate grown, focusing on Bordeaux grape varieties. Really pretty aromatics of roses, violets, Damson plums, boysenberries and blueberries. Very well structured with blackberries, plums, raw cocoa and mountain herbs. A big, rich, plush wine that bursts with elegance, but seems to gain in strength in a quiet and subtle manner.
