Brannan Wines Heritage Red Napa 2021

The Brannan name stems from Sam Brannan, one of Napa’s first settlers and entrepreneurs, responsible for the founding of Calistoga. A Zinfandel based blend with the addition of 20% Petite Sirah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Charbono.  Big, bright and fruity with blackberries, plums, fig newtons and strawberries are well balanced by juicy acidity and and a lighter than expected palate. Light cedar box notes, dusty fruits and sage provide great depth to the fruit.
