Two biodynamic vineyards (Calistoga and Soda Canyon) go into this homage to the great Sauvignon Blancs of the Loire Valley. 9 months in a combination of concrete egg, stainless steel and neutral oak, no stirring. Taste and smell gooseberries, lemon zest, parmesan rind, orange blossoms. Chalky on the finish. Bracing acid. 190 cases made.
