Bordiga Dilei Amaro
A well balanced amaro made with herbs sourced from Italy and beyond, with the cinchona coming from South America. As an Alpine Amaro, genepy plays a major role, giving this amaro a mint and thyme quality with floral notes. Botanicals include: wormwood, mint, thyme, juniper, yarrow, genepy, Gentiana lutea, Gentiana acaulis, cinchona bark. Botanicals infused individually in organic neutral wheat spirit for 20-50 days. Alpine water and beet sugar added.
