86% Tempranillo, 14% Graciano from a San Benito County vineyard (county north of Paso Robles). Made like a Reserva Rioja, "Solea" spends extended time in neutral oak then bottle before release. Get wild red cherries and raspberries, red currants, cocoa powder, cigar wrapper, coriander. Medium acidity, med/low tannins. Very versatile with food: fish, fowl, beef, lamb, roast vegis. 250 cases made.
