Made from a base of Manzanilla and Oloroso sherry, then infused with a secret mix of herbs including wormwood, cassia (a kind of cinnamon), bitter orange peel, elderberries, and rosemary.  Rich and dense, with a brown sugar and burnt caramel sweetness that balances out the bitterness of the herbs and botanicals.  Enjoyable on its own, but this really shines as a next-level addition to a Rye Manhattan.
