Ijalba was the first winery to make an 100% Graciano Rioja back in 1994 and their wines today are full of polish and depth. Graciano's yields are half of those of Tempranillo, and a warm growing condition is essential, making a wine with black cherry, cranberry, sandalwood, and plum. Cabernet-like structure and depth, not often found in the grape; balanced vanilla from oak, herbs, licorice, and medium-plus tannins. This may be the world's best Graciano!
