Blacksmith Cabernet Sauvignon C.L.R.T Napa Valley 2019

Probably the best value Napa Cab out there, punching way above its price point. It’s made by Matt Smith in Alameda, although all the fruit comes from Napa. With a little bit of Merlot and Cabernet Franc to supplement the Cab, there are fruity aromas of plum, blackcurrant, and black cherry given extra structure by spice, oak, and chocolate. Extremely approachable, and a must for any lover of Napa Cab who doesn’t want to break the bank.
