Bijofu “The Gentleman” Tokubetsu Junmai 300ml

Hamakawa brewery is located near the shores of Tano, a small fishing village known for catching deepwater bonito. The brewery uses Matsuyama rice milled to 60% and water from an underground river to brew their sake. Aromas of fruit, white peach with fuzz and wet mineral fill the nose while the mouth has a crisp dryness that pairs well with the same local deepwater fatty fish.
