Big Table Farm don’t own a destemmer, so they have no choice but to ferment whole cluster, all using native yeast. The result is a wine with superb intensity and a smooth, hugely appealing mouthfeel. The stems also give the wine a spicy, grainy texture, complementing the aromas of red fruits, wild flowers, and sweet spices. Delicate, balanced, concentrated, stuctured, deep, and long, this is Pinot Noir at its best.
