Bidaia Getariako Txakolina Blanco 2023

Txakoli, the slightly spritzy, very dry and zippy wine gets a light spritz naturally from the yeast, setting it apart from the mass-production of Txakali with CO2 pumped in. A salty, citrusy example comprised primarily of Hondarribi Zuri, one of the classic Txakoli varieties, as well as small amounts of Gros Manseng and Petit Corbu. Lean, linear and very thirst-quenching, this is a perfect summertime wine.
