Bhakta Bourbon 2013

A nearly 10-year-old Bourbon, aged for 9 1/2 months in new American oak barrels and then finished for 4 months in old French Armagnac barrels, imparting a s touch of the wine-like fruit to the otherwise heavy corn-based mash bill. Ninety-nine percent corn contributes the caramel, pecan pie aromas with bitter orange and a touch of winter spices. Don’t let it’s seductive, rich and fruity flavors fool you into thinking this is sub 100 proof or lacking peppery spice, this has it all!
