Pinot Gris from Baden, Germany. Delicious Alsatian style. Ripe orchard, citrus and tropical fruits join together along with subtle floral and spice smells and flavors. Mouth-filling, creamy texture from the grape (no oak). A little more Pinot Gris spice kicks in at the end. Glorious with grilled/roasted sausages & kraut!
