Benevolent Neglect Fiasco Pet Nat Alder Spings Vineyard 2019

Pet-Nat’s seem to come a dime a dozen these days so it is great when a twist is thrown in to keep things interesting.  This delightfully orange hued wine is a combination of Fiano, Refosco, Nero d'Avola, Furmint, and Chardonnay.  The flavors cover the whole spectrum here with strawberry, raspberry, orange citrus, guava, peach blossom, cantaloupe melon, and tart apples. Bottled to dryness, leaving this succulent little drop crisp and refreshing.  31 cases made.
