Benessere Winery Pinot Grigio Napa Valley 2020

The fruit for this wine was grown in the Oak Knoll District, just north of the city of Napa, where the temperatures are notably cooler than at the Benessere  Estate in Saint Helena   This location helps preserve the acidity, adding to the flavors of apricot, peach, nectarine, passionfruit, Meyer lemon and white flowers.  All the traditional Pinot Grigio markings are in the glass, but the volume is turned up a couple notches from the high quality Napa fruit.
