Bellus "Caldera" Falanghina 2017

Falanghina is Campania’s oldest white grape variety, and has been a huge success story over the last 30 years, helping revive white winemaking in hot southern Italy. This is a great example: fresh and crisp, with lots of acidity, held together with a weighty structure and a gripping, saline texture, together with green apple, citrus, orange blossom, and almond aromas. A refreshing wine on its own, but an extremely good food wine too: think white fish or seafood.
