80% Sangiovese, 12% Cabernet Franc, 8% Syrah. Sangiovese and Cab Franc grapes are fermented in open top oak vats. Syrah's tank fermented then put into oak. Spends two years in French barriques and then two years in larger oak casks prior to bottling.
